Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. In event of cancellation of a Show/Event (as applicable), the User will be entitled to a refund only as per the refund policies of the respective organiser.
  2. Payments made on the site under other heads viz. commission, convenience/booking fee, taxes paid including GST on the service charges will not be refunded if not specified otherwise.
  3. Booked Tickets cannot be returned, refunded, transferred or exchanged unless the organizer of the show decides to reschedule the event and instructs accordingly.
  4. In case of genuine technical errors, users can write to us at support@theticketbari.com and register the complaint. After examining the case, and if approved, refund will be processed in 3-5 working days.
  5. If refund is due on any accounts given above and not received, then to claim refund, please write at support@theticketbari.com.

Refund will be at the discretion of the website management and will be credited in 3-5 working days to the same account from which the payment was made while booking the ticket(s).
